  Delicious pizza. extra sauce comes on top of the pizza which is unique but great.  Friendly and competent staff everytime I order.

  Nice little Italian restaurant in Windsor.  They gave the kids pizza dough to play with which I thought was brilliant. We started out with toasted ravioli and bosco sticks which are cheese filled breadsticks. I went with my standard chicken parmesan was excellent hubby went with penne carbonara he loved it oldest got Hawaiian pizza younger son is very picky got a cheese burger and youngest got the kids chicken fettuccine alfredo. Everyone really enjoyed there food portions were large everyone brought home leftovers. Service was fast and friendly . 80 dollars for 5 isn't too much. Didn't like they charged you extra for using a card

  This little Italian style restaurant was a pleasant surprise to us.  We stopped here on a week night and it was busy with families mostly.  We seated ourselves at an open table and were greeted shortly by a friendly server.  The menu is vast--a little surprising they can offer so many different things.   Most people were ordering pizza.  We ordered the Tuscan Pasta, the lasagna & chicken parmigiana.  All were tasty & fresh.  My husband and I each also had garden salads and the lettuce was crisp and cold.  We had a basket of garlic bread brought with our meals and with sodas the total bill was under $60-reasonable.  The decor was cozy & quaint as others have commented.  The restaurant & lot are not very big and the restaurant is set back a bit from the road though there is a well lit sign.  We would eat here again.

  Will never order or go there again!  Ordered a pizza through the new Slice app.  Entered all my info and they delivered it to the wrong house. I called them to let them know about the error, the driver called and got the correct address. I asked him if he was going to bring a fresh pizza as it has now been riding around for 20 minutes. He said he was going back to the restaurant to have Joe check out the temp. The driver knocked about 2 minutes later and said he is not allowed to open the customers orders. Called Papino's and spoke with Joe (the manager) who blamed us for entering the wrong address...I could understand if the house number was off by a digit, but to have a completely different house number and street name...I don't think so.  When we asked for a credit, Joe was rude, said he would send one, then hung up on us. And to top it off, they didn't even bring my dessert I ordered!

  Poor customer service.  The owner is rude and swore at me when I called asking where my order was.  Took over 2 hours for order to arrive.  They missed the order coming into their system.
